Before you book
How much does it cost?
Setup starts at $2,925 for one agent. Monthly care plans run from $900 to $5,400 depending on how much we run for you. An inference test, where we compare AI models on your own tasks, is $3,150 and is credited toward your first build. You get a written quote before anything is built.
Will you call or email me without asking?
No. We do not cold call, text or send unsolicited sales email. You hear from us after you book or write to us, and we only phone you if you ask for a call when you book.
Where do you work?
KoraKai is based in Arizona. We work in person with businesses around the Phoenix area and remotely with owner-run businesses elsewhere.
How long does it take to get started?
We'll give you a timeline in your written quote. Simple single-task agents are usually much quicker than multi-tool builds, and you'll see it running on your real work before it goes live.
What if it makes a mistake or something breaks?
You choose how much it does on its own. Agents can draft for your approval first, and on a monthly plan we monitor them and fix things when a tool changes.
Why not just hire an assistant?
A person is great for judgment and relationships. An agent is better at the repetitive, after-hours work, and it doesn't take days off. Many owners use both.
What can an agent actually do?
Anything a person does repeatedly on a computer: answering common emails, updating spreadsheets, following up with leads, pulling reports, posting listings. It works in its own cloud browser, so it can use tools that don't have integrations.
Who owns the agent?
You do. Accounts and workflows are set up in your name from day one, so everything goes with you if you ever leave. On a monthly plan we maintain it for you.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a three-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. One-time builds have no ongoing commitment.
What if I use more AI than my plan includes?
You get a heads-up at 80%. Anything past the included amount is billed at cost, with no markup, on your next invoice.
Is my data safe?
Agents only get access to the accounts you approve, and you can remove that access at any time.
